Where do I ship the sample?
Don't ship anything yet. Once we confirm your product is a fit, we'll send you the address. Tell us in your submission if a product needs to be returned.
Is it really free?
Yes — there's no fee to submit a product and we never charge for a review. You cover only the cost of the sample you send.
Can I pay for a guaranteed or positive review?
No. We don't sell coverage or outcomes — that's the entire point. Reviews are independent, and we publish the honest verdict, including criticism.
What if the review is negative?
We still publish it. Honest reviews — drawbacks and all — are what make our audience trust them, which is exactly what makes a positive one worth so much.
Do you guarantee my product gets reviewed?
No. We review for fit with our creators and audience. If it's a match we'll move forward; if not, there's no cost and no obligation.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product and creator availability. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we've confirmed a fit — we don't promise dates we can't keep.
Where does the review get published?
On Amazon, on the product's listing, and on our YouTube channel — where shoppers see it at the moment of decision.
Can I use the video in my own ads or website?
The review is published on Amazon and YouTube. If you'd like a license to use the footage elsewhere, just ask — we can discuss that separately from the honest review itself.
Do I get the product back?
Samples are typically kept by the creator who reviews them. If a product needs to be returned, say so in your submission and we'll tell you whether that's workable.
